We provide returns if a request for a refund is placed within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
The conditions to fulfill a return are that the items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, in their original packaging, and have their tags attached. Otherwise, the return will not be processed.
In case of a return and depending on bank policies, it may take 1 to 15 business days to process the refund from the date we receive the returned item/s.
NOTE: In order to maintain health safety standards, Hijab category items (Hijab: scarves, turbans, and bandanas) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Amount :
As per our return policy we are refunding the amount of the purchased items only, shipping fees that you paid from the time of purchase will not be refunded.
